"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest

Show us your martial arts pose. Read a poem.  Play some guitar. Or stand on your head. There will surely be a lot of laughter (and perhaps some tears)  as we reveal a part of ourselves to one another that may have been untapped for some time.

The “Go To Room”: After dinner casual conversation

Don’t forget this chill opportunity to relax and have a big sigh of relief and accomplishment after such a big night at Voices.

“The Story Summit has been like the chicken noodle soup for a creative heart. Every single mentor was a chef for this delightful soup, throwing in ingredients like comfort, spice, knowledge, passion, humor, tough love, big hugs, camaraderie, and so much more. All held in the bottomless bowl of David’s generosity, which holds it all together. All of it strengthening us against the doubt that attacks the writer’s immune system. Downright medicinal.”
