Her Spirit Retreat Refund Policy:
Please read this policy carefully before registering. Due to our special arrangements with Chaminade, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
If you need to cancel more than one month before the event, you’ll receive a full refund minus the $750 deposit and less processing fees (around 7.5%). Within one month of the event, you’ll receive a full refund minus the deposit and processing fees if we’re able to replace your registration with another participant.
The $750 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, you can transfer the deposit fee to another Story Summit in-person event, or use it as a credit for Story Summit + or future classes for 1 year (not including the Mentor-Led Small Group Program).
If you reserved a double room and your shared attendee does not register or cancels, you will be responsible for finding a replacement. Otherwise, your reservation will convert to the single room rate, and you'll be charged the difference.

Single Room
If you pay in full your Her Spirit Single Room cost will be $4,150. If you choose the $750 deposit, your cost will be $4,250 paid with two additional installments of $1,750 each by November 18, 2024, and February 17, 2025. The invoice will be sent to your email address. This is installment 1 of 3.

Double Room
Double rooms are limited and can only be reserved when both parties have registered. For full details, please contact Kris Verdeck, our Her Spirit coordinator at kris@storysummit.us If you pay in full your Her Spirit Double Room cost will be $3,250. If you choose the $750 deposit, your cost will be $3,350 with two additional installments of $1,300 each by November 18, 2024, and February 17, 2025. The invoice will be sent to your email address. This is installment 1 of 3.

Local Commuter
If you pay in full your Her Spirit Local Commuter Package cost will be $2,600.
