Sit, Cinderella, Sit is Lisa Cheek's debut memoir and (sort of) Cinderella story about a woman who’d been told she was “too old” to create magic who flew to rural China, edited a film without speaking a word of Mandarin, and discovered her own power. Sit, Cinderella, Sit is a unique memoir blending fairy tale elements with true-life experience.   

In this lively discussion with Lisa, we’ll learn her motivations for writing the book and her path to publishing.
