The ticket price is $2,250. The Early Bird price is $2,000 until September 15, 2024, then the price becomes $2,250.

Hollywood Field Trip Cancelation/Refund Policy:

Please read this policy carefully before registering. Due to our special arrangements with the Hollywood Roosevelt, we must strictly adhere to this policy.

• If you register with the deposit, please know that half of the initial deposit ($500) is not refundable. However, you can transfer this deposit to another Story Summit in-person event, or as a credit for Story Summit + or future classes for one year (not including the Mentor-Led Small Group Program).
• If you register in full and cancel before December 31, 2024, you’ll receive a full refund minus the $500 deposit and less processing fees (around 7.5%).
• On January 1, 2025 refunds can be made as a credit for the 2026 Hollywood Field Trip, or any other in-person event for up to one year.

Plus One Policy: Availability is limited, if you plan to come with your Plus One to Hollywood, please add your Plus One Fee (spouse/significant other) to your ticket price, which amounts to $1000. This includes: Welcome reception and dinner, Paramount Tour, Academy Museum, Hollywood Bowl Ground Transportation, Musso & Franks farewell dinner. This does not include agent pitchfest, Hollywood cocktail party, VIP Guest Writers.

Note for Locals

If you are within an hour of the Hollywood Roosevelt, we would encourage you to stay at the hotel for the four nights. Our nights will be long and our mornings start early. We want you to be able to maximize your time and safety.
