About the Event
After registering, you will receive a link to schedule a Zoom interview. If you qualify for the trip, you will be notified, and we will arrange your payment. The total price for the Hollywood Field Trip is $2,000 (hotel not included).
Hollywood Field Trip Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before registering. Due to our special arrangements with the Hollywood Roosevelt, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
If you cancel, your payment will be credited toward another in-person event for up to one year, unless you find a replacement for your ticket.
If you need a payment plan, it can be arranged to be paid in full at least two weeks before the trip.
The following registration DOES NOT cover airfare, hotel room, or transportation to and from the hotel. Read our FAQ's here
Plus One policy: Availability is limited. If you plan to come with a Plus One to Hollywood, please add the Plus One Fee. If you cancel, your payment will be credited toward another in-person event for up to one year unless you find a replacement.

If you are accepted, you will have the option to pay in full or in installments for the Hollywood Field Trip 2025. The total cost is $2,000. Week 1 Plus One Package $1000 includes the following: Welcome Reception and Dinner, Paramount Tour, Tuesday Night Reception, Academy Museum, Wednesday Cinema Night “All About Eve” & meal, Group Transport and Musso & Frank’s Farewell Dinner.
