Substack Forum
A Six-Month Ongoing Series
A collaborative space for writers navigating the ever-evolving world of Substack.

Aug 4, Sep 3, Oct 1, Nov 5, Dec 3, 2026, and Jan 7, 2027

6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern (3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific)

Whether you're looking for answers to your questions, fresh ideas, encouragement, or connection, Story Summit's Substack Forum provides an opportunity to grow your publication and build relationships with other writers navigating the platform alongside you.

Designed for graduates of Story Summit's Substack Success Level I and Level II classes—as well as writers actively publishing on Substack—the Forum offers ongoing connection, collaboration, and learning beyond the Substack Success class format.

Rather than navigating Substack on your own, you'll be part of a community of writers experimenting, growing, asking questions, and sharing what they're discovering along the way.

What to Expect

Forum participants will:

  • Stay current as Substack continues to evolve

  • Get answers to questions when you're stuck

  • Learn from the experiences of fellow writers

  • Discover new tools, features, and strategies

  • Build relationships with other Substack creators

  • Gain momentum and accountability between classes

  • Continue growing your publication without having to figure everything out alone

Each session may include:

  • Open Q&A and troubleshooting

  • Discussions about platform updates and new features

  • Strategy conversations and best practices

  • Featured Substack columns and creator spotlights

  • Opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion

  • Guest appearances and special presentations

  • Community discussion and peer learning

Come prepared to ask questions, share experiences, offer insights, and learn from others. Questions may also be submitted at any time in advance of each Forum, and may help shape future Forum discussions.
