Middlewick Story Summit 2024

We are thrilled that you are contemplating the Middlewick Story Summit. For clarity, the two-week residency package includes: two day trips, twelve evening meals, six yoga classes or a spa treatment, access to two mentors, local transportation to and from Middlewick Cottages to Glastonbury, and a swag bag. It does not include: transportation to-and-from the airport, Middlewick lodging, and airfare.

If you're interested in David Kirkpatrick, Joshua Mohr, and/or Margaret South Workshops choose that option at checkout.

If you're interested in the women's Middlewick Rose choose that option at checkout. If you wish to stay longer than two weeks, the rate drops even further to $600 per week.

You will need to complete your Residence Fee Registration before booking your accommodations at Middlewick. Accommodations are not included in the Residence Fee.

Middlewick Story Summit Refund Policy:

Please read this policy carefully before registering. Due to our special arrangements with Middlewick, we must strictly adhere to this policy.

• All residence registrations must be made by March 31, 2024. If accomodations fill up before that time, registrations will be closed.
• If you cancel your residence registration before July 1, you will receive a full refund, minus the deposit and less processing fees. The $500 deposit is not refundable but can be used as a credit against Middlewick 2025 or for online classes for 1 year (not including the Mentor-Led Small Group Program.)
• If you paid, in part or in full,  for your accommodations with Middlewick and need to cancel, Story Summit will do its best to fill your cottage, cabin, or pod. In the event we can, Middlewick will refund your payment. In the event we can't, Middlewick will not refund your payment.
• If you cancel between July 1 and August 15, you will receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees. No deposit refund.
• No refunds will be made for any reason after August 15. Your monies will be credited to Middlewick Story Summit 2025.

If for any reason, there are no accommodations available, Story Summit will remit your deposit ($500 w/o transactional fees) back to you or the full registration fee without payment plan ($1800 w/o transactional fees).

Plus One Policy

If you plan to come with a plus one to Middlewick, please contact rodrigo@storysummit.us to arrange payment for the additional costs, which amount to $500 per week, covering a day trip, six evening meals, and local transportation.
