You will be vetted, and then be notified if you qualify. By keeping the group small, we can provide more intimate access to industry professionals, foster meaningful connections, and ensure everyone receives individual attention during tours, events, and meals. Two small excursions which may include: a visit to the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, Writers Guild of America Headquarters, TCL Chinese Theatre (formerly Graupman's)

A night at the Hollywood Bowl or an equivalent event (2025’s concerts are not yet released)

An open reception and dinner with local Summiteers (there’s over a hundred of them, including beloved mentors Jeff Arch and Tab Murphy)

HOW
We are still working through the budget, but including four nights at the Hollywood Roosevelt and all the above, we are assuming a cost of approximately $3,000. The cost does not include airport transportation, airfare, and some meals (this will all be itemized before a registration payment is required. There will be payment plans available).
We will be using the Hollywood Roosevelt as our hub for some events including the industry professional cocktail party, and agent pitch fest. We are currently arranging the booking block with the hotel and will have that arranged in the next ten days before any payments are necessary.
