A Practical Guide to Never Losing Your Files 2.jpg

You have your writing files backed up. Right?

“Of course. They’re on a thumb drive.” Where IS that thumb drive, anyway?

“Sure, they’re on the cloud.” At least, they’re supposed to be.

“I’ll get it done this week.” Well, if I have time. If not, next week—no question.

We all have good intentions of keeping our precious files safe and protected. But what would happen if your hard drive shut down tomorrow? Or someone deleted your files off the cloud accidentally? Or your thumb drive failed to open?

Safeguarding your intellectual property is an essential part of being a writer. In this one-night class, you’ll learn why it’s a priority and how you can choose from a smorgasbord of options to make sure you don’t lose irreplaceable work.

You’ll also learn how to organize your writing, with easy chaos-free ways to keep track of those endless versions, notes, chapters, scenes and ideas.

Don’t let your dreams, your hard work, and your potential income disappear.

Join us for 90 minutes of practical, priceless information that will help you sleep better at night, knowing your work will be there waiting for you in the morning.

Faculty

Before he turned his gifts toward writing, Brian Landwehr was founder and CEO of a software company specializing in macOS and Windows connectivity. Brian doesn't miss most of it, but he did enjoy writing documentation, designing packaging, and occasionally being criticized by Steve Jobs.
